Swim Clean, Inc. ships most products via UPS or FedEx ground. We do however use other carriers depending on the item. Most shipment are received 7 – 10 business days after the sale is placed. The time frame does vary however depending on the time of the year.
Swim Clean, Inc. will accept returns on any item (except custom or special order) in new, unused/unopened condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund less any shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. A return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is required for all returns. Please contact Swim Clean Customer Service for a RMA# and return instructions. Any returns shipped without a RMA# will not be accepted.
All items must be in their original package and unopened. Items will be inspected upon return and a refund will be issued via the payment method originally used to place the order. Please note that the refund amount will be for the original purchase price minus shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee. Custom and special orders may not be returned.
Any freight damaged product must be reported to Swim Clean, Inc. within 5 days of receiving your shipment. If freight damage is reported after 5 days of receiving your shipment, Swim Clean, Inc. will be unable to issue a credit or exchange of merchandise. Customer is responsible to open and inspect packages upon receipt. If freight damage is apparent, you must open the packaging in the presence of the carrier to examine the product. If you find that the product is damaged, this is the time at which you can refuse your shipment. Please note that Swim Clean, Inc. will replace the damaged item once the freight claim has been awarded by the freight carrier. In some cases this may take as long as 30 - 90 days.
It is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer of the product if it is not functioning correctly. Please be aware of all manufacturer warranties. In most cases the manufacturer can assist you in resolving and trouble shooting your product problems. If the product is deemed defective by the manufacturer, please notify Swim Clean, Inc. no later than 30 days from purchase. Replacement items will be shipped once the defective item is received and inspected by our returns department. The buyer is responsible for all returned shipping cost and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
